The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle in Category B.

On October 16, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 5 km from the area near Westernic in the Sinsan City to the Sinsan City’s death rate of death, children’s park, etc. while under the influence of alcohol at around 23:48 and 0.132% of alcohol concentration.
