Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the former Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Finance Users (amended by Act No. 11544, Dec. 11
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
