1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A: (i) delivers buildings listed in the separate sheet, and (ii) delivers KRW 102,984,148, as well as this.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of a 339m2, E railway site, 749m2, and 77m2 in F railway site (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On November 13, 2007, the Plaintiff leased to Defendant A a building indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by the Plaintiff during the lease period from November 13, 2007 to November 12, 2012. On the same day, the Plaintiff leased the instant building and parking lot G, D, E, totaling 1,296 square meters from November 13, 2007 to December 31, 2009; and the rent was annually calculated and imposed from November 13, 2007 to December 31, 2009; while the rent was annually calculated and leased in 2007 to KRW 1,949,420 per annum.
C. On October 1, 2012, the Plaintiff and Defendant A leased the instant building and the instant building and the instant parking lot at KRW 15,049,00 per annum from October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2015 during the lease term of KRW 700 square meters, which is the land for the instant building and the instant parking lot.

Since 2013, Defendant A was unpaid as the tea under the instant lease agreement.
The unpaid rent of Defendant A, including additional charges, is KRW 102,984,148 as of November 6, 2014.
E. On December 30, 2014, the Plaintiff notified Defendant A of the termination of the instant lease agreement on the ground of the delinquency in rent.
F. Around January 1, 2015, Defendant B: (a) had been in possession and use of the steel structure wall and 85 square meters of the wall of the 1st floor of the steel location panel (the part 1 floor of “B” in the attached Form No. 1; hereinafter “the part of the building of this case”); (b) the wall of the steel structure and the wall of the 2nd floor of the steel structure (the 2nd floor in the attached Form No. 2; hereinafter “the part of the 2nd building of this case”) connected each point of 12 through 15, and 12 of the attached Form No. 12; and (c) the 2nd floor of the steel structure (the 2nd floor in the attached Form No. 2; hereinafter “the part of the 2nd building of this case”) connected each other in sequence outside the building of this case; and (d) the part of the attached Form No. 1, i. e., drawings (15 through 8).
