1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,793,050 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from August 8, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

1. On September 1, 2012, the Plaintiff, who was employed by the Defendant on September 1, 2012, retired from office as a medical doctor in C/C care hospital until October 31, 2014, but was not paid retirement allowance of KRW 25,793,050 from the Defendant.

(However, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015, claims for partial damages in excess of the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment of the Plaintiff’s claims pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings cannot be accepted;
