Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled the Metropha (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:
1. On August 24, 2014, the Defendant was parked in the parking lot of the “E” restaurant located in Pyeongtaek-si D around 21:10 on August 24, 2014
F accepted 1 philoopopon in a single philoopon which contains 0.07ggopon dilution with balopon in F’s car, in a way of receiving phiopon free of charge.
2. The Defendant 1 administered the dial dilution in the above dial parking lot located in the above dial cafeteria around the day, such as the above 1. paragraph (1) by means of injecting the dial dilution into the blood line.
3. On August 24, 2014, at around 21:20, the Defendant received one philopon from F in a way of receiving, without compensation, one philopon containing 0.07 grams of philopon, which was parked in the above restaurant parking lot.
4. On August 25, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant received two philophones from F in a way of receiving two philophones free of charge, which contain approximately 0.07 grams of philophones within the said son’s car that was parked in the said restaurant parking lot.
5. On August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.07g of philopon into a single-use apartment of the Defendant’s friendly apartment in Pyeongtaek-si at Pyeongtaek-si; and (b) injected it into the body of arms after dilution with raw water; and (c) administered it by means of injection into the body of arms.
6. On August 25, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.21g of philophones 0.21g from F in the same place as above 5. Paragraph 5.m. and received them at no charge.
