Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2012, at around 03:00, the Defendant cut electricity lines entering the victim’s street stuffs in front of the entrance and exit of the subway No. 4, the subway located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and moved the said stuff to another place for its utility.
