B, around September 12, 2012, after receiving a subcontract for part of the construction work of the pented Construction Works in Incheon-gun D, which was contracted by F from the victim Eul, from October 9, 2012, it was determined that the construction work was not paid with the basic construction cost of KRW 20 million, additional construction cost of KRW 18 million, and re-construction cost of KRW 15,860,000,000,000 in total, and KRW 538660,000,000,0000,000 won, without settling the construction cost. On March 2, 2013, 2013, Defendant A was convened in front of the office of the victim, the owner of the construction, who was the victim, and was gathered from the victim.
2. On March 24, 2013, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants at a coffee shop in front of Kimpo-dong in Gyeonggi-si Kimpo-dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and even though they told the victim E that they would make a direct payment of the amount that should have been paid after settling the contractor F and the construction cost from the contractor E, Defendant A would hold an assembly before the office: “I will hold a Korean construction machinery newspaper. I will hold an assembly before the office unless 53860,000,000 won is paid at the present. I will speak from the date of the demonstration.” On March 27, 2013, the Defendants were issued KRW 16,538,00 from the bank account of Defendant B around March 27, 2013.
As a result, the Defendants jointly received the property by threatening the victim.

On April 11, 2013, at around 09:00, Defendant A1, as the front of the building of the I office of the victim E-management company located in the Incheon M& M&, Defendant 1, as well as attached Table 1, between around April 15:00 to April 201, 2013, the following: (a) “Frauded E” was put to the effect that “the payment of equipment cost” would be made by posting a large banner to the effect that the remainder would be paid in addition by means of insulting the victim; and (b) from around April 15:00 to April 20, 2013 to around April 59, 2013.
