Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is in office in C, and

1. Facts of damage to victims D;

(a) Taecheon-si around November 3, 2013;

E. At the multi-household new construction site, “The victim would pay 2 million won of the construction cost upon completion of the multi-household new construction work and the steel rail construction work.” However, there was no intention or ability to pay the construction cost.

Accordingly, the victim D completes the construction work on November 20, 2013 but does not pay the construction cost of KRW 2 million; and

B. On November 20, 2013, the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay construction cost at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, stating that the Defendant “on the face of the main place where the water supply and home delivery work outside the water supply and the water supply work outside the water supply and the water supply work outside the water supply and the water supply work outside the water supply and the water supply work.”

Accordingly, the victim D completes the construction work equivalent to 1.5 million won, but the construction cost is not paid to 1.5 million won; and

C. Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Defendant around November 25, 2013

G. The Defendant’s office entrance and glass door installation work is requested to the victim D and the cost of the work is not paid 4.5 million won;

(d) Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from December 7, 2013 to December 20, 2013;

H. The cost of construction shall not be paid KRW 17,300,000 through four times in total by requesting the victim D to perform the external steel found work and the waterproof container work for the new construction of a multi-household and then not paying KRW 9,30,000 for the cost of construction.

2. The fact of damage to the victim I;

(a) Police Officers of the Republic of Korea on October 2013;

(e) to request victims I to perform a wooden work of the new multi-household construction work at the site of the new multi-household construction work and to acquire money of KRW 9,150,000 by fraud without paying the cost of the construction;

(b) Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 5, 2013;

G. Requests the office floor, partitions, furniture work, etc. of the defendant and the cost of construction shall be 6,351.
