A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of six months.
However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is in no position, and Defendant B is serving as a part of the Egyptive Center, and both Defendants do not have certain incomes, and they are married couples.
Defendant
On September 13, 2007, A purchased 8 insurance products of 7 insurance companies, such as "Shoe comprehensive insurance 0707", and Defendant B purchased 7 insurance products of 4 insurance companies, such as AI life, on February 26, 2004. The fact that A purchased 7 insurance products from the said insurance products is that it is unnecessary to provide hospital treatment or that it is possible to provide hospital treatment by taking care of false pain, but it is planned to receive hospital admission fees from the insurance company by asserting for the period of hospitalization or by expanding the period of hospitalization.
1. Defendant A received KRW 460,00 from seven insurance companies, as shown in the List of Crimes (A), total sum of KRW 261,637,118 won, from seven insurance companies to 106 times in total, from September 11, 2016, on the ground that he/she was hospitalized in the E hospital located in Magpo-gu, Magpo-gu, Magpo-si, Simpo-si on the ground that he/she had taken a bath at home during the twenty-three days from August 19, 2009 to September 10, 2009, and he/she received KRW 261,637,118 as daily insurance money for hospitalization, from September 24, 2009.
2. From August 5, 2008 to August 6, 2008, the Defendant received KRW 589,230 as the insurance money for the medical expenses incurred in hospitalization from a merz fire on August 14, 2008 and received KRW 589,230 as the insurance money for the medical expenses incurred in hospitalization from three insurance companies, such as the list of crimes (B), from August 16, 2007 to March 24, 2016, by receiving KRW 38,96,312 in total from three insurance companies over 39 times in total.
