A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

Around December 18, 2013, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 790,570 from a new bank account (Account Number F) in the name of the Defendant from the victim’s Mtsts Fire Insurance, and received KRW 7,15,151 from the victim’s insurance company in total eight times in total, such as 1,2,6-11 copies of the attached crime sight table No. 1,2, and 6-11.
