1. The Defendant, from August 2014 to September 28, 2014, found C number plates at a garbage separation and removal site in front of the Cheongju-gu Multi-household D's multi-household housing, and around that time, attached C number plates to the Defendant's non-registered Oral Ba, and operated the above Oral Ba from November 21, 2014 to November 28, 2014.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant used the symbols of public offices in a fraudulent way, and exercised the air defense illegally used.

2. On November 28, 2014, the Defendant driven 125CC 125 Obama without obtaining a license for a motor bicycle on the one-way road in Yellow-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

On October 29, 2008, the Defendant was punished as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by being sentenced to a fine of one million won or more due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Cheongju District Court on November 29, 2008, and a fine of three million won or more due to the same crime at the same court on November 4, 2014.

At around 14:01 on March 11, 2015, the Defendant driven an e-mail 125 E-mail, which was not registered under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.128% without obtaining a license for a motor bicycle at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the master restaurant in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the front of the e-mail 174-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the front of the e-mail.

4. The Defendant, as the holder of the above Oral Ba, was driving the above Oral Ba without purchasing mandatory insurance, as described in paragraph (3).
