Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant D’s violation of the Employment Security Act is a person who operates a news report room, namely, “E”, in which the Defendant introduces a woman-dominance in a singing room or a singran bar while carrying five female-dominants on the part of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant did not register with the competent authority, and provided “Fju” B and C at the request of A, who is a dynasium proprietor, and provided “Fju” with the dynasium B and C, and received KRW 7,000 per hour from the above dynasium as a job placement fee.

2. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act by the defendant A, B, and C

A. Defendant A is a person who operates a dan with the trade name “Fjuk” in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Underground.

No person shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services by singing or dancing, or arrange such acts to provide any third person at a place where food service business is operated for profit.

On the other hand, the Defendant agreed to contact D, which is a "E" news room business operator, to provide 30,00 won per hour, and arranged them to provide entertainment services to customers, such as having the said players enjoy dancing with the said customers, and having them talk with the said customers.
