A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The application for compensation of this case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June 19, 2017 by imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, fabrication of private documents, and deception of the above investigation document at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 19, 2017.

1. The Defendant, at the end of May 2013, in the victim C’s clothes room operated by the victim C in the Seoul Northern-gu D market, can purchase the apartment owned by F from F to F in the name of F in the position of the head of the department, with the victim’s husband working for the head of F. In the position of the division, the Defendant may purchase the apartment owned by F in the name of F.

The apartment house held by the F will be purchased in the name of the employee in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area.

First of all, 18,061,00 won was deposited, and later the remainder of 116,840,000 won was deposited.

However, in fact, since the defendant and the husband of the defendant are not F's employees, and there was no apartment house owned by the above company, there was no intention or ability to purchase apartment even if they receive money from the injured party.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 18,061,00 from the victim as the down payment and fee on June 11, 2013; and (c) received KRW 116,840,00 from the Agricultural Cooperative under the name of H as the remainder on June 18, 2013; and (b) received KRW 322,017,00 in total by deceiving the victim seven times in total from around that time to January 6, 2016, as shown in the List of Crimes 1.

2. On July 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) affixed his/her name on a written confirmation of transaction transactions in order to clarify the transaction of real estate in real estate transaction, real estate sales, real estate transaction, real estate transaction, real estate transaction, real estate transaction, and real estate transaction agent by using the Internet at the Defendant’s home located in the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu and the Defendant’s home located in the A Dong 102;
