However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay PC usage fees because he did not possess cash or credit cards.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above and being provided with one PC from the victim, did not pay the amount equivalent to 18,000 won of the usage fee, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount.
