The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The facts charged of the instant case are as follows: (a) around 15:35 on July 29, 2013, the victim D (the 69-year-old) who is the general director of the Seniors Association of the Seniors Association of the Aged was demanded to present documents related to the expenditure of operating expenses of the Seniors Association; (b) however, there are eight persons, such as Nonindicted Party E, etc. of the Seniors Association of the Aged Council on the ground that the victim did not show this, and (c) the victim was openly insulting the victim on 3-4 occasions in the presence of eight members, such as Nonindicted Party E, etc. of the Seniors Association of the Aged Council, on the following grounds: (a) it is obvious that the victim could be prosecuted only upon the victim’s complaint; and (b) according to the records, the victim’s revocation of the complaint on August 28, 2013, which is after the instant indictment, the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
