As a result, the Defendant distributed advertisements to officetels sexual traffic businesses that engage in commercial sex acts by obtaining profits equivalent to the average of 90,000 won per day during the above period (87 days) and by making profits equivalent to 7,830,000 won per day.

2. No person who is engaged in the business of arranging, soliciting, inducing or inducing sexual traffic, or providing a place for sexual traffic;
