A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

From September 30, 2013 to June 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) leased C Officetel A (528, 532, 513, 422, and 705; (b) placed commercial sex acts in the Internet site E, F, etc. with the trade name of “D; and (c) provided, in advance, arranged to engage in commercial sex acts in the Internet “G” with women employed as women in commercial sex acts and to receive compensation therefor.

1. From September 30, 2013 to January 4, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts so that one of the female employees, who employed the said Ctel from Internet G as a female sexual traffic, can receive and have a total of 117 occasions a sexual intercourse with those of the male and female winners who promised to report an advertisement for the promotion of commercial sex acts, such as Internet wring E and F, etc. in advance.

2. On January 8, 2014, around 23:01, and around 18:45 on January 18, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts to enable one-person “I”, who is female employees employed from Internet G to engage in commercial sex acts, to report advertisements for commercial sex acts such as Internet wirs E and F, and to engage in commercial sex acts so that the Defendant may receive non-sons and the amount of money in advance.

On April 28, 2014, at around 15:25, and around April 15:16, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts in order to enable one-person “J”, who is female employees employed from the Internet G to engage in commercial sex acts, to report advertisements for commercial sex acts, such as Internet bet, E, F, etc., and to receive money equivalent to the amount of money.

The Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on May 28, 2014; (b) around 00:13 on the same month; and (c) around 22:58 on the 30th day of the same month, in the loss of the above Ctel heading room, the Defendant: (a) was a sexually handicapped person who reported and promised advertisements for commercial sex acts, such as Internet bet E and F, with one female employee employed from the Internet G as a female commercial sex acts.
