Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and fine of twenty thousand won.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A. On March 10, 2018, from around March 17, 2018 to March 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated a sexual traffic business establishment called “D” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office Btel C; (b) received in advance 100,000 won or KRW 190,000 as the price for sexual traffic against many unspecified male customers who reported the Internet commercial sex acts; and (c) assisted the said male customers to have sexual intercourse with the said male customers.

From March 23, 2018 to March 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated a commercial sex business establishment, “D” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Etel F, which was leased from around March 23, 2018 to around March 27, 2018; (b) received in advance KRW 100,00 to 190,000 as the price for the commercial sex acts against many unspecified male customers who reported and found the commercial sex acts; and (c) assisted the commercial sex acts by having the female employees, who are the Kak

On March 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) requested refund from the victim H (28 years of age) who was engaged in sexual traffic in officetels C on the ground that the female sexual traffic does not come up with the mind of the body of the female, and only sought a return to the police, the Defendant met the defect that the victim’s h (28 years of age) tried to report to the police, and the victim’s humf was cut down by hand and walked one time with the victim’s humf, and the victim’s humf was introduced by the Defendant’s sexual traffic business establishment, and the victim’s face was humfed with the victim’s hand.
