A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of construction on February 6, 2012, which is a business owner who is performing a "E Urban Residential Housing Construction Corporation" in Pyeongtaek-si D, and the defendant A is the representative director of the Co., Ltd. who is the above "E Urban Residential Housing Construction Corporation".

1. Defendant A

(a) Where workers are likely to be in danger of danger by conducting work at a place where workers might fall or fall down, the business owner shall install a work plate by means of assembling a vision, etc., and where it is difficult to install a work plate, the business owner shall install a safety net;

Nevertheless, around 15:00 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant did not install a work plate outside the building while performing the assembly and dismantling work outside the building "E Urban Residential Housing Construction Corporation" and outside the building "A and B".

Nevertheless, around 15:00 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant did not install a safety cover for the opening of the 11st unit, including three openings of the 2nd unit of the EE Urban Residential Housing Construction Corporation, five openings of the 3rd unit of the materials brought in, one openings of the 2nd unit of the B Dong, two openings of the 3rd unit of the materials brought in, and two openings of the 3rd unit of the materials brought in.

2. Defendant B, at the above date and place, did not comply with safety measures as above by Defendant A, an employee of the Defendant.
