Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor on June 14, 2013 in Seoul Central District Court due to a crime of false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 8, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. False entry into public electronic records, and any event such as false entry into public electronic records;
A. The Defendant committed the Defendant, in collusion with Vietnamese C and D, made Vietnam women with a view to employment in Korea and Korean men in disguised marriage, by falsely inviting them to have the price divided. On October 22, 2008, the Defendant submitted a false marriage report to the public official in charge of family relationship registration who consented to a disguised marriage through D and C, and had the said public official enter the same into and register as if E were to marry with F in the family relationship electronic data processing system, which is an official electronic record, and exercised it immediately by having the said public official store and operate the family relationship electronic data processing system, which contains false facts, as seen above.

Co-defendant 1 and Co-defendant 1 in collusion with Vietnam, the defendant and Co-defendant 1 in collusion with Vietnam, and Co-defendant 1 in order to make a disguised marriage between Vietnam women and Korean men for the purpose of being employed in Korea, and to divide the price by falsely inviting them. The defendant, a disguised marriage, as co-defendant 1, is responsible for recruiting Korean men who will make a disguised marriage through the co-defendant 1 and preparing documents necessary for a disguised marriage, and I will take the role of recruiting Korean women who will make a disguised marriage in Vietnam and preparing documents, and Co-defendant 1 will take the role of giving and taking documents necessary for a disguised marriage from Korean men who will make a disguised marriage to the public port.
The defendant was introduced from Co-Defendant G on August 2012.
