Nevertheless, the Defendant, from March 4, 201 to July 24, 2013, developed and operated “H homepage exhibition and operation system” in Sungnam-si G, Sungnam-si, which is necessary for H operation, and infringed on the victim’s author’s property right by arbitrarily reproducing “GAUCE” in the H server, which is a screen-based program in which the victim’s easy-line information and communication owns copyright.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd., at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), copied and installed the Defendant’s business as described in paragraph (1) with respect to the Defendant’s business, thereby infringing the Defendant’s copyright.
