1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on January 29, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On May 13, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment management contract with the Defendant on the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet, and completed the registration of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff.
As a duplicate of the complaint of this case, the Plaintiff terminates the consignment management contract with the Defendant.
Therefore, the plaintiff seeks that the defendant accept the transfer registration of ownership on the motor vehicle listed in the attached list.
