The plaintiff shall sell 397 square meters of D forest land at auction in Jinjin-si and deduct the auction cost from the sale price.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff jointly owns 67/397 square meters of D forest 397 square meters in Jinjin-si as stated in the Disposition No. 1, and the Defendants jointly own each proportion of 165/397, respectively. The Defendants can recognize the fact that the Defendants do not raise any objection against the Plaintiff’s claim for the auction division of the above forest. As such, it is reasonable to divide the above forest into an auction and the remaining money after deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds of the auction and the Defendants’ co-ownership ratio

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
