Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 08:45 on September 1, 2016, at the B Apartment 111-dong parking lot, the Defendant: (b) set up and kept a cargo vehicle C, and was seated in a driver’s seat, and (c) laid down a sexual flag into her gender.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
