Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:52, according to the Suwon River in Busan Metropolitan City, and (b) performed self-defense in the state of sexual impulses, by reporting B (the age of 22) which was above the bridge, and making it difficult for the Defendant to do so, and (c) viewed B as a bridge and B, and by using the above method, the Defendant conducted a publicly obscene act.
