Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,200,00, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall make, or have another make contributions to, a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) or political party to which he belongs in connection with an election.

1. On May 28, 2015, the Defendant called “F” in the Daegu-gu E and the third floor around May 28, 2015, the Defendant called “F”, called “G” for “G” residents in the constituency of “G” for the 20th National Assembly member, which was carried out on April 13, 2016, and called “G” for the purpose of seeking to be a candidate for the 20th National Assembly member candidate.
