Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2013, at around 4:40, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the C Hospital located in Busan, and reported that there was a person in the C Hospital located in Busan, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the reporting processing of the report by assaulting the said E on the ground that the slope belonging to the D Zone of Busan, Police Station D District, which called the “Sechopye Mapye Ma”, and that the slope belonging to the D Zone in the Busan, which called the above E, is the wheele Ma, and the face of the above E is taken as his head.
