Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 40,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 20,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of a motorcycle B GTS125.

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, on March 26, 2015, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle at around 10:30 on March 26, 2015, and proceeded with the road front of the exit of the 665 subway Station No. 2, as Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu, from the shooting distance protection area of the Arasan Station to the Arasan Station, while the vehicle signal was temporarily suspended to the red stop signal, but the vehicle signal was still driven without disregarding it.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the signal indicating traffic safety facilities.
