Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on July 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported the Defendant’s indecent act of drinking alcohol at the above restaurant in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) reported the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with the Victim C’s wife one month prior to the said restaurant; (c) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “Chewing feasion, dynasium,” and interfered with the Defendant’s restaurant business for about 30 minutes, such as destroying the flag’s disease on the tables to the bottom by destroying it on the floor.
