A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 3,00,000 won.

1. Around 15:00 on March 23, 2009, the Defendant, along with D, E, and F, committed money in the outdoor parking lot of the office of the Eup/Myeon in the Gacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and provided goods to be used in gambling, etc., D and E, and received time, etc. from participants in gambling, the Defendant played the role of “warehouse” in which they recruit gambling people, and F, together or in order to gather money from gambling people.

On September 25, 2009, between D, E, and F, from around 22:00 to 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant provided goods, such as the Hemotour 103 located in Chungcheongnamcheon-gun G, and D and E set the door to be used for gambling, and provided goods, such as cards, etc. to be used for gambling, and D and the Defendant left J, respectively, and F shared their respective roles by lending gambling money, while waiting in a gambling place. The Defendant, along with D, I, and J, provided that approximately 2.50,000 won was used for gambling with the card, and acquired approximately 52 hours under the pretext of providing gambling place.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with D, E, and F, opened gambling for profit.

B. On September 30, 200, the Defendant, along with D, E, and F from September 20, 200 to October 05:00 of the same year, provided goods, such as cards, etc. to be used for gambling and gambling, at the “L” office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and D and E, as above, set up M and N, and the Defendant set up two persons J and nameless, and shared the roles of “bat” in which they lent gambling money, and F, respectively, shared the roles of 6 persons, such as M, N, J, Sung-S, Sung-S, and two persons under whose name the name was unknown, and provided approximately 105 times for gambling and for approximately 140,00 won for the benefit of providing gambling places.
