A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, B, C, D, E, and F, together with the Buddhist exchange, provided customers with game products and speculative gaming machines, which are different from the contents of rating, and conspired with customers to engage in speculative activities by exchanging the volume of books acquired by them.

Accordingly, from April 24, 2015 to May 8, 2015, the Defendant, as a business owner, was rated as “J” game on the northwest-gu I and the third floor of Seoan City from around April 24, 2015, and “sea credit” game on the screen due to the user’s manipulation, and unlike the rating, the Defendant was rated as “sea credit” game on the screen, but the user did not manipulate but did not automatically play the game, and the contents of which are changed so that the volume of books can be emitted. As a business manager, the Defendant provided many and unspecified customers with 60 games of the sea, and provided them with employment and management. At the same time, the Defendant, as employees, purchased books from money exchange and directly instruct and supervise employees, and the volume of customers acquired as employees, the Defendant’s books should be changed to 50 books per share exchange on the basis of the amount of books to be exchanged.

As a result, in collusion with the defendant, A, C, D, E, and F, provided customers with contents different from those of the grade, provided customers with game products for their use, provided customers with a business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and conducted speculative activities using speculative gaming machines for business purposes.
