A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime of theft of DNA clothing;

A. On November 201, 2019, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around 23:00 on the summer Franchisday; (b) around 23:0 on Nov. 1, 2019, at the 23:0 load handling stations of the second floor underground floor of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building Stashion Hall; and (c) on the part of the victim, who is the manager of the clothing store managed by the victim C, loaded 20 food 20 boxes, such as the unresherberts in the market price managed by the victim C.

B. On November 201, 2019, around 05:00, the lower court: (a) committed the crime, around 05:00 on the summer Franchisday, and around 05:0 on November 1, 2019, the Defendant: (b) loaded two boxes of 2,121,40 won in D, one total of the market prices managed by the victim C, the manager of the clothing store located in the said fashion pipe, using any gaps in which the surveillance by the person in charge was neglected; and (c) cut off the two boxes of 2,121,40 won in the sum of market prices managed by the victim C.

2. The crime of theft of net frequency clothes;

A. On December 18, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on December 18, 2019, around 05:38, 05:38, on December 18, 2019, at the second basement loading and unloading stations underground of the Songpa-gu Seoul building B, Songpa-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (a) loaded six NAP 1,425,000 NAPs, which are employees of the victim E, who are employees of the transport company; and (b) stolen it.

B. On February 5, 2020, around 05:49, the Defendant committed the crime on February 5, 2020, at around 05:49:2.05:49 on February 5, 2020, at the 2nd loading station underground below the Songpa-gu Seoul building B, Songpa-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (a) used a gap in the surveillance of a person in charge; (b) used a sprink consisting of 27 spacket consisting of 4,00,000 won in the market price managed by the victim E, who is an employee of the clothing transport company; and (c) stolen it.
