A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2, 2017, at the entrance of Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu Dong-gu, about 00:0, the Defendant: (a) boarded and arrived at a taxi driven by the victim D (63 taxes) in front of the entrance of Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) and (c) prevented the victim from doing so without paying a taxi fee; and (c) caused the victim’s bitching bit of bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bitch of a bit of a bitch of a bit of a bitch of a bit of a bitch of a bit of a bitch of a bit of a son; (d) on the ground that the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

2. On March 2, 2017, around 00:25, the Defendant: (a) sent a female police officer voluntarily accompanying the police station located at the scene for the same reason as the foregoing paragraph 1 within the police station in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul-gu, on the ground that he would stop for G (35 years of age) with the police officer belonging to the above district; and (b) assaulted the victim of this part of his head on one occasion.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the maintenance of police officers' public order and legitimate execution of duties for criminal investigation.

Crimes 2 (Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties) for reasons of sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Act on the Suspension of Execution of Sentence 1 (Assault) of the Criminal Act, which have no basic area (from April to one year and six months) (the person subject to special sentencing) (the scope of recommending punishment) (the scope of recommending punishment) (the scope of interfering with the performance of official duties) of the basic area (the scope of recommending punishment), shall interfere with the execution of official duties.
