Defendant
A around September 2016, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport took charge of the overall management and operation of F amusement centers in E, and Defendant B, from February 2, 2017 to the head of the business office of the above entertainment centers, was in charge of the duties of promoting the above entertainment establishments and viewing the carper. Defendant C, from the beginning of August 2016 to the head of the business office of the above entertainment centers, was in charge of introducing female employees to customers. Defendant D, from around September 2016 to the head of the above entertainment centers, was in charge of the duties of training customers to the above entertainment points.
The Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic so that many and unspecified male guests who find the above entertainment points may engage in sexual traffic and engage in sexual intercourses by providing them with 100,000 won in case of engaging in sexual traffic at the room, and 250,000 won in case of engaging in sexual traffic at the conference.
According to the aforementioned public offering and role sharing, the Defendants: (a) around March 18, 2017, at the above F amusement shop; (b) around March 18, 2017; (c) let female employees G, H, I, J, K, K, and L engage in sexual traffic with six under their names in the commercial sex acts; and (d) arrange the commercial sex acts from that time to that point;
4. By December 12, 200, sexual traffic had been assisted by business as shown in the annexed list of crimes.
