피고인들은 중 ㆍ 고등학교 친구 사이로 2017. 7. 22. 03:45 경 부천시 J에 있는 K 건물 주차장 입구 인도에서, 피고인 A의 아반 떼 승용차와 피고인 B의 아우 디 승용차에 나눠 타 인도를 가로막고 정차하고 있다가, 마침 회식을 마치고 홀로 귀가하던 피해자 L(34 세) 이 피고인들에게 차를 빼라 고 했다는 이유로 모두 승용차에서 내려 피해자를 둘러쌌다.
