A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 4, 2016, at around 10:50, the Defendant found the main points of “E” managed by D in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, where the Defendant had worked prior to one month. While the Defendant and the employees of the said main points dispute over the horse, the Defendant, who was in the said main points, destroyed the number of copies by gathering the office equipment on the floor, such as card terminals, remotes, and cups.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, committed assault against the victim F (29 years of age) who was an employee of the said main point, who was in the process of raising the disturbance by accompanying the said head at the time and place specified in paragraph 1. The Defendant committed assault against the victim who would display his arms towards the face of the victim.

3. On November 4, 2016, at around 11:20, the Defendant infringed upon a residence, the Defendant was in front of the victim D’s house located in Suwon-si G, Suwon-si, and was in front of the victim D’s cell phone number, the Defendant divided the name number out of the victim’s cell phone number into the locking device and entered the door, and intruded on the victim’s residence.

4. On November 4, 2016, the Defendant, at D’s house around November 11:27, 2016, tried to see the victim H (23 tax) who is an employee of the said main shop and have a verbal dispute with the victim H (23). On the other hand, the Defendant would throw away the victim by citing dangerous goods as glass, and then intending to throw the victim into the victim.

“Intimidating the victim”, the victim was threatened.
