1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 305,949,680 and its KRW 101,00,00 among them, the Defendant shall start January 6, 2014, and the remainder of KRW 204,949.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the party in this case’s apartment of the 33rd ground in the lue-ro, the lue-ro, the lue-ro, the lue-ro (hereinafter “instant apartment”).
(2) In order to manage 321 households, the Defendant (the Public Official Pension Management Corporation changed its trade name on January 8, 2010) is a project proprietor who newly constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant’s Intervenor Hyundai Construction Corporation is a contractor who newly constructed the instant apartment after being awarded a contract from the Defendant for the construction of the instant apartment, and the Defendant’s Intervenor’s Intervenor case Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant’s case notification”), and the Defendant’s Intervenor’s Intervenor case Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendants”) was called the Defendant and the Defendant’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor.
B. 1) The apartment of this case occurred with approval for use on November 13, 2009, and thereafter, the buyer and lessee moved into the apartment of this case. In constructing the apartment of this case, the defendant did not construct the part to be constructed in accordance with the design drawing, or changed differently from the defective construction or design drawing, and thus, the plaintiff demanded the defendant to repair the defects of the apartment of this case at the request of the sectional owners or occupants. 2) Accordingly, the defendants and their subcontractors requested several times to repair the defects of the apartment of this case. However, even though the defendants and their subcontractors performed the defect repair construction of the apartment of this case, there were defects such as the sum calculation of repair cost by the defect list of the attached Form 1 and the sum calculation of repair cost by the defect list of attached section 2, and the repair cost is the sum 383,533,25 won as shown below.
