A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 22, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs from D’s Mesponty (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from D’s psychotropic drugs in a small-scale car operated by D, which was parked in the parking lot near Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with approximately 10,000 won.

2. On March 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.3g of philopon from D to 100,000 won in the vicinity of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the first day of March 2012.

3. On April 1, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.1g of philopon from D to 100,000 won at the Defendant’s home located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu, 501.

4. On May 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05 g of philopon from D at the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, for 100,000 won.

5. On September 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) gathered to purchase F along with 300,000 won from the Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) collected F in total at 300,000 won from each of the 300,000 scopon payments; (c) together with F, transferred KRW 600,000 to the post office account (Account Number: I) in the name of H in the name of H used by G in Daegu-gun, Seodong-gun, Seocheon-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 17:00 on the same day; and (d) returned approximately 1.4g of 1.4g of scopon, which was parked in the number scopon parking lot near the Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

Accordingly, in collusion with F, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.4g of philophones from G to 600,000 won.

6. On September 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed in a multi-pact vehicle parked on the side of the road traveling along the Daegu City Highway located in the Daegu City Highway, Daegu City Highway in the middle-gu, Seogu; (b) placed one-time pactonon part of the philopon purchased in the same manner as the preceding paragraph into a single-time pacton part; and (c) melts one-time pacton part of the philopon; and (d) put into a blood-pacton part of his arms after rapid growth.
