A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

1. On April 20, 2017, around 22:09, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim B’s Corporate Bank C Card (the card number: C) that was placed on the 489 Corporate Bank’s Busan District Branch Office located on an automatic cash withdrawal machine; and (b) stolen it.

2. On April 21, 2017, around 09:24, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit and the thief (hereinafter “E”) and thief (hereinafter “B”), around Busan B’s B’s e-mail card, as described in paragraph 1, connected to a credit card terminal and provided gasoline equivalent to KRW 7,774 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen debit card and stolen another's property.

3. Attempted fraud.

A. On April 21, 2017, in order to purchase “G” located in “G” located in Busan F, Busan, the Defendant intended to receive and take delivery of the said goods by presenting the check card in the name of corporate bank B, as described in paragraph (1), in order to purchase “Sablus” equivalent to KRW 385,000, as indicated in paragraph (1), from “G” located in “G,” and “Sablus” located in “B” located in Busan, Busan, the Defendant failed to obtain and take delivery of the said goods by settling the price as one’s own possession. However, the Defendant failed to obtain approval due to the shortage of the balance in the account connected with the above physical card and failed to achieve such intent.

4. Violation of Acts of financial business specializing in credit, and fraud;

A. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant purchased “I” located in the Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and the amount equivalent to KRW 29,00,00, as described in paragraph (1).
