A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person with a mental division of three years, and is the main customer of "E" located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, which is operated by the victim C (V, 31 years of age) of ordinary citizens C.
1.
