1. As to the insured events described in paragraph 2 of the attached list, time limit to the insurance contract described in paragraph 1 of the same list.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

In such cases, the insured (insured) shall be diagnosed as a large cancer.
