Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on September 11, 2015, the Defendant driven a Cststren vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 5km from the section of approximately 5km to the Han Cstren Island located in the same military base from the street near the tenure of office in the Seocheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
