A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:14, 2017, the Defendant parked the cargo vehicle of D 12 tons in front of the company’s fixed door and left the site to prevent access of the company; (b) left the site and left the site by not later than 16:20 on the same day before the same day. On November 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten-month imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic laws in the Seo-gu District Court's Seo-gu Branch on November 27, 2008. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two-year imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) by the Daegu District Court on September 10, 2015.

Although the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, on November 14, 2017, the Defendant driven a E-trab while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.075% in the 40-meter section from the front side of the office of the Chuncheon-gun, Gyeongyang-gun, in the two sides of the Chuncheon-gun, Gyeongyang-gun, Gyeongyang-gun, in the same distance.

On November 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of road traffic laws in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 27, 2008. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for a period of 10 months for a violation of road traffic laws.

Although the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, on January 19, 2018, at around 22:00, the following: (a) from the roads in front of the influent restaurant located in the two sides of the Chuncheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeongyang-gun to the national highway No. 36, supra, of the same military wing-do.
