1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

가. 재물손괴 피고인은 2019. 12. 26. 23:18경 공주시 C에 있는 피해자 D가 운영하는 ‘E’ 식당에 술에 취해 찾아가 피해자의 딸인 F으로부터 “영업 시간이 끝났다”는 말을 들었다는 이유로 격분하여 식당에서 나가려는 G 등 손님들에게 “뭘 봐 새끼야”라고 시비를 걸고, 피고인의 일행인 B은 윗옷을 벗고 “누가 우리 형님에게 그러느냐”고 소리를 치며 소란을 피웠다.

Defendant B arrested Defendant B, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1-b, the police officers assigned to the Hab police box, who was called out upon the above 112 declaration and the request for assistance of police officers, as the crimes of obstruction of performance of official duties.
