Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to install emission facilities, such as painting facilities, the volume of which is at least five cubic meters or the power of which is at least 2.25km, shall report thereon to the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, from July 2017 to April 11, 2018, the Defendant installed a seal facility of the size of 2.25kW x2 in 200 metres without reporting to the Gyeongnam-do Governor, and operated the facility using it.
