Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the “C” that operates a wood household manufacturing business in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and is in charge of the affairs of the above workplace including environmental management affairs.

Any person who intends to install emission facilities of air pollutants, the volume of which is at least five cubic meters or the power of which is at least 2.25K shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor or file a report thereon with the Mayor

Nevertheless, the Defendant used the foregoing facilities from June 8, 2016 to June 7, 2017 by installing painting facilities, the volume of which falls under air pollutants emission facilities, from 57.47 cubic meters (4.79m x 4.08m x 2.94m), the power of which falls under 2KW x 1m, without reporting the installation of air pollutants emission facilities.
