Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B, stating that “I will pay all face value to I, because I do not have a mobile phone, because I do not have a mobile phone.”

However, at the time of fact, the Defendant had a debt equivalent to KRW 13 million to C and the National Tax Service, and there was no particular income, so it was thought to prepare cash by disposing of the mobile phone opened in the name of the victim, and there was no intention or ability to pay the mobile phone price.

Around May 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) received from the victim the delivery of 9 flus from the E mobile phone agencies located in Ulsan-gun, the delivery price opened under the victim’s name was KRW 1,078,000, in Samsung Ggal ju City equivalent to KRW 1,078,00.

B. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant called the Victim B to the victim, and sold a semi-mediate phone that had been sold to the victim two days prior to the need to pay money due to the problem of excessive female-friendly district. On the other hand, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that all monthly installments will be paid to the victim B so that the problem does not occur, including the opening to the existing one.

However, at the time of fact, the Defendant had a debt equivalent to KRW 13 million to C and the National Tax Service, and there was no particular income, so it was thought to prepare cash by disposing of the mobile phone opened in the name of the victim, and there was no intention or ability to pay the mobile phone price.

On May 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) received from the victim the delivery of KRW 1,056,00 from the mobile phone agent of “G” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-si; and (c) received the delivery of KRW 1,056,00,000 from the victim for Samsung Ggal lus.

2. The Defendant committed fraud using computers, etc. with a view to paying a small amount of money using an open cell chip as stated in the above paragraph (1) with personal information of the victim who became aware of the details of his/her claim for mobile phone charges to the victim B.

The defendant is not more than Ulsan-gun around May 16, 2018.
