1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from September 9, 2019 to January 4, 2020 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On June 23, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) leased, among D’s housing located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) for the lease deposit of KRW 80,000; and (c) for two years; (b) on July 31, 2017, the Defendant purchased the said housing from C and succeeded to the lessor’s status.
On September 8, 2019, the above lease has expired, and the plaintiff returned the leased object.
