Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was living in a construction section warehouse located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, upon a request from the lessee D of the said warehouse, returned the key to the warehouse to the said D and got out of the warehouse.

1. On December 24, 2016, at the entrance of the above construction section warehouse around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) was at the entrance of the above construction section warehouse; (b) was refused to change the keys to the warehouse to live again in the warehouse; and (c) was damaged by the Defendant’s failure to enter the warehouse; and (d) was at the right blus of the victim E, one of the front blus of the warehouse, the market price of which is 20,000 won.

2. The Defendant affected a structure, at the time, at the places specified in paragraph 1, broken the glass window, opened a locked warehouse and entered the front door of the locked warehouse and entered the said warehouse managed by the victim D.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the damaged person.
