1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. As to the 40 square meters of a brick structure 421 square meters on the ground of Incheon Cheongjin-gun, Incheon (hereinafter “instant land”), the lot number was changed to “C” on February 25, 2010, with respect to the structure of a brick structure 40 square meters on the ground (the lot number was “D,” but the lot number was changed to “C” on February 25, 2010; hereinafter “instant building”) around 1950 on the building ledger, the registration of change of the owner was completed on April 11, 208, and the registration of change of the owner’s name was completed in the future on April 11, 2008, and on April 11, 2008.

B. As to the instant building C, on February 13, 2012, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the sale on the same date in the Plaintiff’s future.

C. At present, real estate listed in the attached list owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “the instant forest”) is located on the ground (hereinafter “the instant existing building”) owned by the Plaintiff, in the following order: (a) part of 210 square meters in the area (b) inside the ship connected each point of (b) of the attached table Nos. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 7, which is located in the annexed list owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant forest”).

The registration of ownership preservation was completed in the G on October 27, 1993, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the H on February 20, 2003 due to the inheritance due to the agreement division as of October 26, 1994, and on April 19, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer was completed due to the sale as of April 8, 2013.

E. On September 1, 198, the forest land of this case had been transferred to the J on August 31, 198 due to the sale and purchase on August 31, 198, and on October 14, 1995, the ownership transfer registration was completed due to the inheritance due to the merger on July 31, 1995.
